CONSULTATION

THREE-PHASE SYSTEM
Our clients, both residential and commercial, have varying design needs; As a result, we do things differently. We provide our clients a unique approach to their projects by offering a three phase system of service. This system allows us to tailor each client’s design needs on an individual basis; and provide them with exactly what they need from our design services. Our holistic approach method of service leaves our clients with full conceptual plans for whatever their project may entail. This is what we believe to be ‘good value and good design’.
PHASE I- Conceptual Design Development
Depending on the scope of the project, your Phase I: Conceptual Design Plan may include: 3D design drawings, renovation directions, furniture selection, material selection, permanent surface selections, paint plans, lighting selections, etc. The scope of inclusions in a Design Concept Service Package is dependent on and tailored to each individual project’s needs.
PHASE II- Project Management
Part of our Holistic Service Offerings include extra support at every level of your project. If you require more support managing the logistical implementation of your design plan, and further coordination of your project outside the allotted time included within your Phase I Concept Package, we can continue to offer you extra support from a functional standpoint in Phase II through our Project Management services.
PHASE III- Sourcing + Installation
The stage that pulls everything together! Our Installation Services offer a seamless transition from the end of your ‘transition stage’ to the final ‘design implementation’ stage. This includes the installation of your custom design products, drapery, and finishing accessories to complete your design down to the final details. Commonly known as ‘The Big Reveal’ on your favourite design shows!
